Ashley Morgan-Dann Ashley Morgan-Dann’s career has encompassed almost 20 years of professional mortgage management and development services beginning with traditional lending agencies, including VanCity Credit Union and CIBC. In 1990 Ashley incorporated AM Financial Services, assembling a group of talented individuals into an exclusive team that quickly propelled the company into one of British Columbia’s leading boutique brokerages. Recognized by Lenders as top performers in the industry Ashley’s team of brokers developed a reputation for integrity, efficiency and thorough professionalism and have become sought after for their extensive mortgage underwriting experience. In early 2007 Ashley sold her controlling interest in AM Financial to her managing partner, in order to pursue a wider range of interests. Still active as a broker for the company she founded, Ashley is a founding member of United Mortgage Group, where she also serves as Member of the Board of Directors. Ashley is a member of the BC Mortgage Brokers Association and the Canadian Association of Accredited Mortgage Professionals. Contributing to her community, Ashley serves as an active member of the West Vancouver Chamber of Commerce and the Finance & Audit Committee for West Vancouver Council. |
